  I returned online purchases at our local Cedar Rapids store and chose to do exchanges which technically would have only cost me an extra 20.00 out of pocket after my credits were. Applied! I chose I store credit which was to be deducted off my new purchases! Well guess what 30 minutes later my credit was still not loaded onto the card( in store credit) and I ended up paying the difference if 70.00! The manager informed me that it may take up to two hrs for it to be loaded onto my card! 24 hours later and I received an email stating the refund had been processed but may take up to 90 days for it to appear!!!!!! Are frickin kidding me? Quite funny considering they charge my card immediately before the items even shipped and I'm supposed to wait 90 days before it shows up on believable and on acceptable! Well played Victoria's Secret

  I went to the store in Lindale Mall Cedar Rapids Iowa, yesterday afternoon and there were two cashiers. The cashier that got me was very nice and I said Thank you so much and then when I turned around , the other cashier mocked me, repeting what I said! I think that woman is too impolite and you need to train your employees better to treat people with more respect because I spent good money in the store!

  In 22 days I will be getting married and went into Victoria's Secret for the first time (always walked by it but never went in) to get a few things for our honeymoon. I'm completely new at this so I walked in not knowing what I wanted and being ABSOLUTELY awkward about the whole situation in every way. I was greeted by Mallory who was very professional and did everything in her power to help me and make me feel comfortable and confident in what I was buying. She was a big help and by the end I was feeling wonderful about all my choices because she knew what would fit my body right and perfect :) AWESOME IN EVERYWAY!
