Was given a spend card with amount and informed, by a long standing employee, that if I brought the receipt in I would have my fund's returned in place of their card. I agreed to that. When I located the receipt they refused. I was given a series of excuses forcing me to spend their card. Will never enter that store again. Customer service is foreign.
