  Went to rent a tux for Prom, they never called to let me know it was in, i had to call them then they messed up the colors and said they would fix it and call me by noon the next day. they never called me so I had to call them again and then was told they were too busy to check. Very bad customer service, go to men's warehouse

  Getting measurements taken for a tux was easy enough, I'd had it done multiple times at Men's Warehouse beforehand. I went in to pick up my tux on a Friday afternoon, and the wedding was Saturday. Went into try on my tux, and the lady working wanted to take a look at it after I put it on to see if it looked right. I came out and the sleeves on my button-up shirt were LITERALLY 5 inches too long and came down over my hands. I didn't have time to come back and get anything fixed later because of my work schedule and how far away I lived. The white shirt had sweat stains around the collar, and it turns out that the other 6 guys in the wedding had the same thing on theirs. (GROSS!). 2 of the guys' pants didn't fit right, one guy's shoe had the entire sole fall off. One of the guys' suit coat was missing the buttons and was too small. I also just talked to my dad who had to rent a tux from Prince Alberts for a different event, he said that out of a full suit, the only thing that ended up fitting him was the under-shirt, so basically he ended up paying $150 to rent a shirt since nothing else would fit. After this recent experience and seeing how horrible everything was in the wedding party I was in, and my dad's rental getting messed up so bad, I'll be staying away from Prince Albert's. I'll just keeping going to Men's Warehouse. It's slightly cheaper, and I've always been really happy with renting there. Prince Albert's must be like the trailer park of the tuxedo rental world.
