- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 26, 2020, by Cherish JArrived at 9:15 to pick up an arrangement that was to be ready at 9:30. I was rudely greeted by an older gentleman that asked me "what are you here for". After telling him that I had a pick up for 9:30, he said "well you're too early, sit down and wait". Now, I understand that I did arrive a little bit ahead of schedule, but the level of his customer service skills was at ZERO. This is supposed to be a nationally known business. Had there been an alternative business, I would've left and went elsewhere. Not a good look.
