  Took my laptop in because it wasn't working, they said the hardrive was bad so they put a new one in. I thought It just needed a new screen, I did not ask for a new hard drive in It so he said he wouldn't charge me for it. So I went home and it was the wrong hardrive. There was no drivers installed on the computer, it was pretty much a shell of a computer. So they took $200 and in return I got a computer that now turned on but still didn't work. Now for any repairs I go to gadget guy in downtown cedar rapids.
