  On two different instances i have had a horrible experience at this store and would not recommend it for anyone. The first time i purchased a gift for my girl friend for her birthday that was at the end of the month she ended up not liking it by the time we were free to return the clothing item that was never worn with tags still attached they told us there is a no return policy after 30 days i simply told the snobby cashier that was being very rude ok thats fine but i wish i would have been told this before i bought anything or atleast whatever policies they may have. So i blew it off and went on my way. A few months later we went back to purchase an outfit for new years for my girl friend the next day she decided it wasnt going to work so she went back the next day knowing ok its within 30 days we can return it and get back the cash it was paid for with. Once we get to the store to return it they tell us they have another absurd policy that if you return an item you can only get store credit on a gift card or find another item in the store of that value when we paid with cash. So we figured fine get the gift card well they just happened to be out of gift cards and the $70 we spent on the item was needed to buy a different outfit elsewhere again a policy we were completely unaware of and never told about. So even though they did not have a gift card to give us and refused to give us the cash back we spent there we had to buy another item. What the hell kind of store has these hidden policies that they do not share up front or on any sign in the store and even when it comes down to a customer stating they will no longer do business with this store if they cannot simply refund their money or atleast full fill their policy of a gift card. In my opinion they do horrible business and the employees only stood back and gawked while being very rude. Thanks again Bohme you will no longer receive our business or anyone we know.
