  The online ordering and pickup was easy. I was notified my order was ready and was there in minutes. I loaded up the batteries and went home. The next morning I started to change the batteries when I found out i was given the wrong ones..called the store for them to refuse to deliver the correct ones as I had a non running vehicle and no other vehicle to get there. He refused to compensate for the mistake or anything. I had to have a buddy take time out of his day to take me in. When I get there he still refuses to compensate for the mistake and finally just gives me a dumb flash light. I will be taking my business somewhere else where they can atleast read a part number.

  Tried using a company credit card to buy a $20 battery, and since the card wasn't in my name, and my ID didn't match it, I was refused service as a result. When offering options to the employee to resolve the issue and prove that I was authorized to use the card, his stance was "that's not our policy." So I left without making a purchase here, and won't be back ever again because I can't physically bring the office to the location to vouch for itself. I casually went to Interstate Batteries on Edgewood Rd and bought the exact same battery without incident, and for $7 cheaper. Cheers to Interstate Batteries for their customer service!
