They said they would deliver and setup, also take down after the event. Adam (A very competent and professional technician) brought the bounce house to my house, set it up , returned at the agreed time, took it down and returned it. A very smooth transaction. One less hassle for me on party day. I will be using Baloons Etc for my party needs in future years.
